These terms apply when you download or use an application provided by Charaka Karawita (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

License and restrictions

You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy or modify the App or its trademarks, attempt to extract its source code, translate it, create derivative versions, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. All intellectual-property rights relating to the App remain with Charaka Karawita or the relevant licensors.

Features and information

The App may store and process information you provide in order to offer its features. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the App secure. Do not jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may weaken its security and prevent the App from working properly.

Internet access and charges

Some features require an active internet connection. The developer is not responsible if the App cannot function because Wi-Fi or mobile data is unavailable. Your mobile provider may charge for data or roaming, and you are responsible for those charges. If you are not the bill payer, the developer assumes you have permission from the bill payer to use the App.

Availability and third-party information

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the App useful and accurate, but uninterrupted operation and complete accuracy are not guaranteed. Some information and services may be supplied by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on third-party content or by circumstances outside the developer’s reasonable control.

Updates and termination

The App may need updates to remain compatible with operating-system or device changes. You agree to accept updates when offered. The developer may change, suspend, or stop providing the App. If use of the App is terminated, the rights granted under these terms will end and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the App.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated terms are posted on this page. You are encouraged to review them periodically.
