These terms apply to Geography Quiz (the “App”), provided by Charaka Karawita (Apptonishing). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

Using the App

You may use the App for lawful personal and educational purposes, subject to applicable App Store license terms. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission, interfere with its operation, or infringe the rights of others. These restrictions do not limit activities permitted by applicable law.

Educational content

Quizzes cover countries, regions, borders, currencies, languages, landmarks, and flags. Geographic facts and naming conventions may change or differ between sources. Content is for general learning and entertainment; accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Names, flags, and boundaries do not express a position on disputed sovereignty or borders. Please contact support to suggest corrections.

Scores and local data

Scores, streaks, grades, and topic results are informal feedback for a round, not an academic qualification. Topic preferences are saved on your device. Round results are temporary, and the App does not provide account-based backup or permanent quiz history. Local preferences may be lost when the App is deleted or the device is reset.

Features and availability

Features depend on the version you use. We may update or change features to maintain or improve the App. Continued availability, compatibility with every device, and uninterrupted or error-free operation are not guaranteed. Any paid offer, if introduced, will present its price and applicable purchase terms before you agree to it.

Third-party services

Distribution and related Apple services are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. External websites and email services are operated by their respective providers. You are responsible for internet and mobile data charges when using those services.

Intellectual property

The App’s software, design, and original content belong to Charaka Karawita or the relevant licensors. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how local preferences, round data, and support messages are handled.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may revise these terms and update the date above. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
